Our Story
Flowers, family & the meaning behind every butterfly.
Some of life’s most meaningful journeys begin in ways we never expect.
On November 26, 2017, my family lost someone who meant the world to us—my dear friend, Barbara, and the godmother of my son, Aidan.
After Barbara passed, we were invited to a butterfly release in her honor. Some of the butterflies stayed with us before flying away, creating a moment my family has never forgotten. From that day on, butterflies seemed to appear wherever my family was—even at Aidan’s baseball games. Whenever we see a butterfly, we think of Barbara. To us, butterflies have become a symbol of love, hope, and the beautiful way those we cherish remain forever in our hearts.
Years later, what began as a simple floral project inspired by a crafter on Instagram quickly became a passion. I started creating arrangements for family and friends, with my brother, Jim, and my sister-in-law, Renee, always on the lookout for unique vases and containers. In early 2026, one arrangement unexpectedly turned into an order for ten, and Florals FauxEver was born.
As this dream grew, my daughter, Shaena, suggested that Barbara should continue to be part of the journey. That is why the butterfly became the heart of our logo and why every arrangement includes a butterfly—a small keepsake that we hope reminds you of someone special, just as butterflies will always remind us of Barbara.
Today, every arrangement is handcrafted with love, inspired by family, cherished memories, and the unwavering support of my husband and my two adult “kids,” who have embraced this dream from the very beginning. My hope is that each creation brings the same joy to others that it brings to me while making it.
